365 Project – Day 3

Had to get another perspective and that took a different time of day. I liked this one better for the tiltshift effect however a co-worker pointed out, and I agree the color and lighting in yesterdays shot make for a more pleasing image. Day 2 was taken during the golden hours and you can see it here.

365 Project – Day 2

I’ve enjoyed the TiltShiftGen app on my iPhone ever since I loaded it. Some of my favorite shots I’ve taken have been with intention of modifying them in this app. I’ve been meaning to climb these stairs for quite a while to capture the parking lot and get the toy car effect. This one is ok, but I am betting the one I get in the morning of the other side will be much better.

More with my favorite plug-in.

December Snow TiltShift

12-05-09 002

Woke to a little snow this morning, this is off the front porch. Once the sun gets a bit more of a foothold on the day it will be a damp memory, but fun to see once a year down here in ‘Bama.

Tiltshift Down the Isle

11-11-09 003b

Here is a shot down the isle I work in. Taken with the iPhone and then filtered with the TiltShift plugin. Love some of the things you can do with this filter. This is probably the best example of a classic tiltshift image I have taken. The deep perspective of the shot really played well and gives you that toy-like effect. After Tiltshift, I then processed in CameraBag.
